When you said you could make garland out of them, all I could think was what a cute advent calendar it would make. You could put a small trinket, bible verse, candy, anything that works for each family! Thanks for the tutorial!

Thanks Zena! I got the tree at a store called Home Goods. It was kind of a random find, and they only one…but I bet there are stores out there that carry them. Maybe even check amazon? “Wooden tree”?? Not sure exactly what to search for. But that’s where I’d start.

Thank you so much for making this wonderful website! I am teaching myself to sew and I ran across quite a few of your tutorials on YouTube. Loving how you taught I found your website. I have to say they are the easiest for me to understand! You are a great teacher. Thank you!

  10. 13) Leslie Brinkmam

I have admired your videos and tried to write down as much as I can. You are delightful! Just as my Mom was in her creating : sewing, painting( craft, oil, water, pastel, and pencil.) Unfortunately, she passed away, I began to have seizures and decreased short term memory . W/out telling my own little Lupus story, this is all re: you! If I knew where to buy a book with all you teach and some most popular patterns, I would buy it NOW!! Thanks for sharing your talent and joy!! Leslie

  11. 14) JOY

Many thanks for these patterns – they are just what I have been looking for. I have searched all week around various sites and yours has been the best I have found. I have printed them and cut them out and I have made most of them up. They are perfect. Your video was a great help as well. I am so pleased.

  12. 15) Ruthie

Thank you for this fun pattern and especially the cutting template. I’m going to make a Valentine’s garland to put outside the door of my mom’s apartment at assisted living. I think she will love it!
