The most Frequently Asked Question I get is “Where did you buy your clothing labels”?
Well let me tell you! And then I’ll share some with you.
I love having little MADE tags. I use them for everything and often try to incorporate them into tutorials because I think that personalized touch makes homemade stuff look so great….and professional, and they add a pop of color, and it’s a conversation starter when someone says, “what’s MADE?”
I have 6 different labels. Seems like overkill but I really use them.
3 are end-fold labels, which I often sew to the back of pants/skirts at the waistband.
3 are small side tags, which I sew into the seam of a shirt or for small projects.
Well. There are many places to buy labels. Some are cheap; some are nice….but I really wanted a high-quality woven label that was soft and would feel good in my kids’ clothing. So I researched around and decided on Custom Labels 4 u.com. And they are fabulous. I’ve actually used them twice now and have been pleased both times.
And I’ve written a very detailed post about clothing labels, all the different types, and how the process works HERE. But what I love about Custom Labels 4 U is that they’re very easy to work with. And even a stay-at-home mom like myself can have cool labels like the big retailers.
My particular labels are Custom Woven Logo Labels but there’s a large variety to choose from on the site…even cardboard hang tags, paper bags, and leather. Just browse the site for tons of options.
Have fun making your own custom labels!
They’re going to look awesome on your creations.
