Do you love the Can-Can skirt as much as we do? Addicted to sewing them? Well, now you can make and sell them in your own etsy shop or boutique! This is your chance to “bank” on the success of the Can-Can’s popularity, as seen (and sold) here on our blog MADE.
Please remember that licensing is not complete until both parties have signed the Can-Can Skirt License Agreement.
Terms:
Throughout this agreement, all references to the blog “MADE” also refers to “Dana Willard” and “www.dana-made-it.com“
1) Licensee must be original purchaser of MADE’s Can-Can Skirt™ Pattern .
2) Licensee agrees to pay one of the following for the Can-Can Skirt™ Skirt selling license:
$25 – for the production of 25 skirts
$40 – for the production of 50 skirts
$60 – for the production of 100 skirts
This license is only good for the amount of skirts licensee has agreed to and paid for. No additional skirts may be made and sold unless an additional agreement is purchased. This fee is non-refundable once the agreement has been signed.
3) Licensee agrees to only produce items from home. No commercial production is allowed under this agreement.
4) Licensee agrees not to re-distribute the pattern, or any portion of the pattern, at any time, whether in electronic, written, or verbal form.
5) Licensee will identify Skirts produced for sale with the following credit on their clothing sales tags and in any form of product description:
The Can-Can Skirt, designed by www.dana-made-it.com
6) This agreement in no way makes the Licensee an employee of MADE or Dana Willard, but an independent contractor.
7) If licensee violates any of the above terms, or engages in unethical business practices, MADE reserves the right to revoke this license at any time.
8) MADE reserves the right to refuse to sell a license to any person for any reason.
