Parfait Pouch

Hooray! I have a new pattern to share with you!
YES. These are some of my favorite days—sending a pattern off into the sewing-sphere and seeing what you guys make with it.

Of course I love a pattern that is a simple quick-sew, with tons of possibilities.  So I think you’ll enjoy it too!  Because a person can never have too many bags, right??

The pattern is the Parfait Pouch.
It’s parfait for holding so many things; and they make great gifts—make one for everyone you know.  The pattern comes in 8 sizes, with perfectly rounded pattern pieces, and detailed illustrated instructions.
You can get the PDF pattern HERE in the shop—for only $4.
Hooray again!

I’ve shown you how to make zipper pouches before….but the reason for this pattern is to get a really specific fit with metal zippers, in many lengths.  YES.  I love metal zippers. They give your projects a unique and polished look.  (I’ve got links to good zipper shops here in the listing, and on the Headquarters Page).

Since metal zippers come in many standard lengths, I made this pattern to fit the exact range of zippers from 5 inches up to 12.  That gives you lots of options!  I love having these perfectly rounded bon-bon looking pattern pieces all ready to sew with.

This pattern is great for beginners up to advanced sewers–even if you’ve never sewn a zipper before!  You’ll be able to follow along with the detailed instructions and clear illustrations.  Plus there’s a cheat sheet of quick steps included at the end, so it’s easy sew again and again.  Here are some snippets from the pattern:

Bon Bon Pouch sewing pattern from MADE Everyday with DanaThere are tips in the pattern for:
• Sewing with interfacing
• Sewing with vinyl

• Topstitching/quilting ideas
• Getting a nice polished finish

It’s all in there!
With plenty of room for your own lipgloss and summer shades.

And check out the Headquarters page HERE, with additional tips and info.

Of course I want to see what you make, so tag your photos on Instagram with #parfaitpouch and @made_everyday.

    Hey Dana,

I love you so much that I can’t stop watching your video’s. In fact, I think I have watched every one of your videos because I can’t seem to find anymore. It is a pity you are not in Australia because if it were otherwise we could be doing sewing together as we speak. I don’t think anyone has inspired me as much as you have in my whole entire life. NO KIDDING. I have sewed everything that I have watched you sew over the years. I am eleven years old and I am legit your biggest fan. I am a sewing machine. (do you get the joke?) Now that I have subscribed to your channel I hope that we can now email each other and keep in contact so that you can let me know when you bring out a new video because I can assure you that as soon as I get the email I will be on the computer watching your video in no time. I know you think this a bit freaky and awkward but I really have been meaning to send you this email for years.

    regards Ella,

Hope to hear back from you soon.
